SCCS Wrestling

Welcome Athletes and Parents. This is the main non school affiliated site for the Southern Cayuga Wrestling team. I feel it is important to have a site that has general discussions, nutrition facts, videos and posted articles about the sport of wrestling. This site is for you all and should be posted on regularly. This site is intended to get more information out to you the parents and your athletes. This site can also be used to speak to me since I am not always at SCCS. Please feel free to contact me with any question on either this site or my email address. I look forward to the season.
